I have been a personal trainer for 5+ years and have had the opportunity to help a lot of people reach their transformation, strength and mountain biking goals. This includes people from all walks of life including clients from overseas (even from Costa Rica). I am constantly learning and improving my skills as a coach by keeping as up to date as possible with new research and training sessions with regular clients. (my interests). I love Lego (who doesn’t), a nerd deep down, played hockey for 13 years of my life, helped coach hockey for developing skills, I have one kidney, and I absolutely love rock and metal
