1Initial contact and information pack. Once you have expressed interest either online or over the phone, we will then get in touch and provide you with our Franchise Information Pack. This will give you more of an idea of who we are and how easy the process can be to owning a Flex Fitness franchise!
Discovery day and
2Spend the day with us. On a discovery day, you'll visit Head Office to discuss the Flex franchising model and cash flow templates. Ask any questions you have before taking a trip to see a fully operational club - where you will see how Flex Fitness stands out in the market.
3You are 80% there! When you are confident that the Flex Fitness model is for you, select your preferred territory. Once signed, you are officially a part of the team and now the building search kicks into high gear.
Site Selection and
4We'll move full steam ahead with our extensive network and experience to find a suitable location. We then use our experience to best negotiate a lease with the building owner.
Pre-Marketing Rollout and
Building Fitting Out
5Building fit outs begin 6 weeks prior to open day! Shortly before building begins, we'll kick-off a 9-week pre-marketing campaign aimed at selling memberships before your club even opens!
6WOOHO! Doors are open, congratulations are in order! People come in droves to see the new gym in town and we welcome the new members of your club to join the Flex tribe and start their fitness journeys.
