1Initial contact and information pack. Once you have expressed interest either online or over the phone, we will then get in touch and provide you with our Franchise Information Pack. This will give you more of an idea of who we are and what Flex is all about.
2Spend the day with us. With the discovery day, you will visit Head Office to discuss the franchising model and cash flow templates. This is your chance to ask any questions you have and you will also get to visit our clubs - where you will find out why Flex Fitness has its own place in the market.
3Franchise Agreement. You are 80% nearly done! When you are happy with our model and have chosen a territory, we make sure everything is in place to sign your franchise agreement. Once this is all done! You are officially a part of the team and now the building search kicks into high gear.
4Flex site selection & lease agreement. We go full steam ahead and use our extensive network and experience to find a suitable location. We then use our experience to best negotiate a lease with the building owner.
5PRE Marketing Roll Out & building fit-out. Building fit outs begin with 6 weeks prior to open day! We kick off your pre-marketing launch campaign and sell pre-opening memberships.
6WOOHO! Open day! Doors are open, congratulations is a must. We welcome the members of your club through the door to join the Flex tribe and start there fitness journeys.
