CHANGE IS INEVITABLE


Change in life can either be chosen or forced upon us, but change is an inevitable part of life's journey. Our health journey is no different, follow Nicola, Sam and Sophie on their journeys and their reasons for change.

Nicola made a 'Decision to Change' for her and her family. If you've also made that decision and you're starting new, you may feel a mix of excitement and nerves. At first, everything feels a bit overwhelming, but with the right guidance, whether from our Flex Fitness team or a supportive friend, before you realise you will find your rhythm and inspiration.

Possibly you find yourself in a situation like Sam where you 'Require a Change' due to injury, age or health. You may feel frustrated, adjusting your workouts may be necessary and will require patience. Focusing on new ways to stay active may introduce you to a new passion and open up a new opportunity and journey.

Then sometimes we actually just 'Need a Change' due to feeling stuck in general, whether it’s due to work stress, personal struggles, or just being in a rut. Sophie was feeling exactly that, stuck in a rut! A focus on fitness, or just a change in your current exercise routine, may be a way to reset mentally and emotionally. Find a new outlet, clear your head, regain motivation, and meet new people. All of this can make positive changes to multiple areas of life.
