Our group fitness classes is a dynamic program that incorporates the benefits of personal training into the group fitness environment. It is catered to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced enthusiasts. Level Up consists of four classes that have their own unique style of training. our philosophy
The fundamental purpose of Level Up is to help individuals “move well” in their everyday lives. This starts with the basics of teaching users to move well, functionally, before progressing to moving well “under load” and then to moving well “under fatigue”.

Each week is broken down into four modalities and four classes split over seven training days. Each class has a specific session objective and stimulus that compliment each other to hit all fitness competencies each week.
