Flex Fitness Hamilton CBD brings traditional weight equipment, with a whole functional training wing of the club to mix things up.

All group fitness classes are included with your membership and we have qualified and experienced personal trainers to start you on your wellness journey. Flex CBD has a great vibe, culture and environment which motivates and keeps you moving! With loads of on-site and off- site parking, private bathrooms and 24/7 access.
You can find us at 191 Anglesea street Hamilton, Right next door to the fire station!
