Where it all began! Although 62 Church Road is the second home of Flex Fitness, Flex Te Rapa is the club where it all started. The original Flex gym, come see our purpose-built building on Church Road, and feel the original atmosphere Flex Fitness clubs are known for. Build your strength and improve your fitness on our Hammer Strength and Life Fitness gear. Take part in one of our FREE group fitness classes with your Flex membership in our newly renovated group fitness studio/functional zone. Grab a shake from our shake bar and relax with friends after your workout in our hangout area. MET-CON CARDIO

This H.I.I.T style class is aimed towards getting your heart rate up and your lungs pumping. Higher reps, lighter weights and exercises designed to help get you fitter FASTER

MET-CON STRENGTH

The weight goes up and the focus is on the muscle to help you tone and build strength. This class is based around more compound movements with less reps but a good working weight to push you to the limit so you can break barriers and increase your strength.

MET-CON CONDITIONING

Looking for a challenge? This is it! If you combine MET-CON STRENGTH and MET-CON CARDIO then you get MET-CON CONDITIONING. A mix of high intensity fast paced movements with a decent weight so you can sweat, tone and build strength. A perfect class for that all round approach.

YOGA

Unwind and improve your flexibility and mobility with our yoga classes. Exercise and day to day duties take their toll on our body and its natural movement and so we must do something to help realign and release built up tension. Find your center and help your body move freely.

BOOTY BUILDER

Lower body focused to help build, tone and strengthen your legs and glutes!

ALL CLASSES ARE 30 MINUTES EXCEPT FOR YOGA WHICH IS 60 MINUTES
