Where it all began! Although 62 Church Road is the second home of Flex Fitness, Flex Te Rapa is the club where it all started. The original Flex gym, come see our purpose-built building on Church Road, and feel the original atmosphere Flex Fitness clubs are known for. Build your strength and improve your fitness on our Hammer Strength and Life Fitness gear. Take part in one of our FREE group fitness classes with your Flex membership in our newly renovated group fitness studio/functional zone. Grab a shake from our shake bar and relax with friends after your workout in our hangout area.
