I have an extensive background in playing sport at a high level, this drives my ambition and motivation when it comes to helping a client achieve what they set out for. I’m passionate about what I do and take great enjoyment out of every day. I have completed my Bachelor of Exercise and sports science and I’m currently beginning postgraduate study towards rehabilitation. My number one goal is to help as many people as possible achieve their own goals whether it’s weight loss or muscle gain. To achieve this I offer a range of personalized programs to suit all goal levels as well as sports massage for recovery.

I have an experienced background in the sport of bodybuilding, as well as a competitive background in gymnastics which I have competed in since I was young. Nicholas Vinsen is a fully qualified personal trainer who specializes in all aspects of fitness including; nutritional advice, weight loss management, supplementation and sports specific programmes. He is also trained and highly proficient in massage, postural analysis, body fat analysis and rehabilitation techniques.
Nick can design specialised fitness programs for all needs and provide both personal training sessions and classes as required.
