STRONG COURSE
Introducing Mama & Mini Strong Course
This course was specifically designed for the Mamas who want access to strength training, tailored to suit the physical demands of motherhood, while bringing their minis along.
With exercises that support strengthening of the postural muscles: upper back, glutes, hips, and plenty of trunk rotation. The primary focus is full body strength, with awareness around our core and pelvic floor engagement. Preparing you to be strong for whatever motherhood throws at you.
This course is suitable for Mamas who have some, or all of the following:
• An understanding of how to manage pressure in their core system, sometimes known as the "connection breath"
OR
• Have prior experience in strength training
OR
• Has graduated from the Mama & Minis Foundations Course

There is car parking on site, stroller-friendly access, baby toys, and a nappy-changing station supplied.
Classes start on the first Tuesday & Thursday of each new school term
