Hey, I'm Ben. I’ve been training for over 10 years primarily focusing on the strength and conditioning aspect “How heavy I can lift and how many times”. I’m currently studying to be a full-time personal trainer and my goal is to primarily work with everyday people who work big hours and have families .I want to help build good foundations to help build healthy habits not just for you but also your loved ones and you feel confidence in working out with or without me.
