Growing up I’ve always been involved in the world of sports, exercise and activities. With a background of 15 years in rugby, I’ve learnt the value and importance of maintaining an active lifestyle. My passion for fitness and well-being inspired me to pursue a higher education in the field, gaining my NZ Certificate in Exercise. In my approach to training I embrace the ‘Kaizen’ philosophy - continuous growth and improvement. I believe in the power of making consistent changes to achieve lasting results, with emphasis on not only physical strength but also mental resilience. Together, we’ll work towards your goals, celebrate achievements, and overcome challenges.
