Hello team my name is Jack. I have been working in the fitness industry for a number of years and thrive to try and help people become the best version of themselves in an enjoyable way. I love most sports and have always tried to better myself year on year in my chosen sport which has led me to the fitness industry to help others do the same.

Whether you are starting out on your fitness journey wanting to be fitter and stronger in yourself, through to an athlete wanting to be at the top of your game, I’m here for it. It’s all about a healthy and balanced lifestyle for me and helping people find their own groove as no two people are the same, being able to enjoy the finer and fun things in life but still achieve goals you want to achieve at the same time.
