Hi, I’m Raj! I’m the proud new owner of Flex Chartwell. After years of working as a Clinical Pharmacist, I decided to follow my true passion for fitness and health. I truly believe exercise is one of the best forms of medicine, and I’m here to share that philosophy with others! As a father of two young children, I know how important it is to stay healthy not just for me, but for my family too. I started powerlifting at 40, and to my surprise, it changed my life! I’ve had the honour of representing New Zealand on the world stage and am proud to hold the title of IPF World Champion in my age and weight class. I also hold multiple Oceania and Commonwealth powerlifting records.

What have I learnt? It’s never too late to start your fitness journey! I’m thrilled to bring my healthcare expertise and passion for fitness to Flex Chartwell. My mission is simple: I want to help others improve their health, achieve their fitness goals, and become the best versions of themselves!
