I just love the gym and exercising in general. I believe there is no right or wrong way to train just make sure you’re having fun doing it. I’m not a fan of fad diets or overnight fixes I think it’s a lifestyle and you think of it like building blocks you start with a couple of things and then you just keep adding to it. I’ve been passionate about health and fitness my whole life, I started training at the gym when I was 14 and I’ve been training consistently for the last 20 years. I’ve tried all sorts of sports and fitness activities such as boxing, tennis and Pilates both mat and reformer. I also used to teach Les Mills classes BodyCombat and BodyPump.
