My passion for health and fitness runs deep, fueled by over 20 years of competitive swimming. Throughout my journey, I've dabbled in various fitness disciplines, including CrossFit, half marathon running, triathlons, HYROX, and hypertrophy training. I also regularly take group fitness classes at other gyms, which keeps my routine diverse and engaging. These diverse experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on what it means to be fit and healthy. My understanding of overall health and nutrition complements my physical training, allowing me to optimize my performance and well-being. Now, I am eager to share my knowledge and experiences with others, helping them achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives.
