Learn a new skill with BOXFIT and tone up with PUMP or BEATS & BATA. Work smaller group classes designed to share knowledge around Strength & Technique.

our philosophy
The fundamental purpose of Level Up is to help individuals “move well” in their everyday lives. This starts with the basics of teaching users to move well, functionally, before progressing to moving well “under load” and then to moving well “under fatigue”.
Strong, SWEAT, PERFORM, and ENGINE.
Each week is broken down into four modalities and four classes split over seven training days. Each class has a specific session objective and stimulus that compliment each other to hit all fitness competencies each week.
