Situated on the top floor of the Chartwell Shopping Centre is Flex Fitness Chartwell. Our Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment and gear cater to strength, fitness, functional and group fitness training. Our new Ziva rigging, a main attraction in our club, adds a unique flair alongside our supplement bar and Hamilton-famous smoothies! Work out, then head to the movies, go shopping or maybe grab some lunch. Accessible via level 2 staircase or 3rd level car park, we’ll see you at Flex Chartwell!
