Flex Fitness Kaiapoi combines open space with brand new gear and facilities for group fitness, weight training, and cardio workouts to help all of our members reach their goals fast!

Group Fitness Classes:
HIIT - A mixture of body weight and equipment exercises set up a circuit type class working for 30 seconds at a time
Metafit - True hiit class all with body weight exercises .Different tracks each week, look out for the new release track on the 16th of each month.
Tabata - Full body workout using timings of 20 second work and 10 second rest .
Cardio Core - A class combining exercises that will make you sweat and build your core strength.
Metcon - Metabolic conditioning is a mixture of cardio and strength based exercises.
Flex Mobility - This 45 min class is for everyone regardless of athletic ability it compliments other exercise classes and training programmes and helps
prevent injury, aids muscle recovery, reduces muscle soreness, improves posture, blood circulation and will leave you feeling more limber and relaxed.
