Hey, I’m Jamaine! Growing up I’ve always been competitive and loved to play sports.. I’ve been in an out of gyms since I was about 15 years old, trained in different modalities from your standard resistance training, to dabbling in boxing and Muay Thai and now CrossFit is the style of training I’m hooked on.
The reason I’m passionate for fitness is I love the challenge, the mental and physical benefits, there’s never been a workout I’ve done and not come away feeling better about myself.
I became a Personal Trainer in hopes to help people. I’ve made all the mistakes that a person can make in my personal fitness journey and my goal is to help you not make the same mistake, set you on the right path and find a training style to suit your needs. I want to show that even if you have limited time or capabilities there’s always a way. Training and living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be hard or strict. Instead it should be balanced and consistent.
