Group Fitness Classes:
HIIT - A mixture of body weight and equipment exercises set up a circuit type class working for 30 seconds at a time
Metafit - True hiit class all with body weight exercises .Different tracks each week, look out for the new release track on the 16th of each month.
Tabata - Full body workout using timings of 20 second work and 10 second rest .
Cardio Core - A class combining exercises that will make you sweat and build your core strength.
Metcon - Metabolic conditioning is a mixture of cardio and strength based exercises.
Flex Mobility - 45 min class prevent injury, aids muscle recovery, reduces muscle soreness, improves flexibility and will leave you feeling more limber and relaxed.
Booty Burn - A full 30 minute class all about working the glutes using bands and weights
Strength Enduro - 45 minute class focusing on strength using your max weights in a slow & controlled class environment
