GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
HIIT - A mixture of body weight and equipment exercises set up a circuit type class working for 30 seconds at a time
Tabata - Full body workout using timings of 20 second work and 10 second rest .
Boot camp - Every class varied with cardio and weights to increase fitness and strength.
Metcon - Metabolic conditioning is a mixture of cardio and strength based exercises.
Metcon Strength - 30 minute class combining strength and endurance exercises.
Flex Mobility - 45 min class prevent injury, aids muscle recovery, reduces muscle soreness, improves flexibility and will leave you feeling more limber and relaxed.
FLX Functional Stretch - 45 minute functional stretch class focusing on dynamic and static stretch movements to increase flexibility , range of motion and help minimize injury.
Rock Squad - 45 minute class focusing on strength using your maximum weights in a slow & controlled class concentrating on technique, working all muscle groups. Enough of a workout to raise your Heart Rate and more suited to an advanced gym member.
Cardio Core - A class combining exercises that will make you sweat and build your core strength
Mums and Bubs - 30 minute class for parents and their babies to exercise together.
HIIT 40- High intensity interval training for a 40 minute session.
