GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Hiit Endurance - High intensity training performing exercises with as much effort as possible for short bursts, then rest for quick recovery periods. A mixture of body weight and equipment exercises set up acircuit style. Length of Class is 40mins.
Hiit - High Intensity training working between 25-40 secs on with 10-15seconds rest. This is a 30 min class.
Metcon Endurance - Metabolic conditioning. Combines strength and cardio conditioning, working moderately to intensely, exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time. Length of class is 40mins.
Metcon - Metabolic conditioning. Combines strength and cardio conditioning, working moderately to intensely, exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time. Length of class is 30mins.
Bootcamp - Metabolic conditioning. Combines strength and cardio conditioning, working moderately to intensely, exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time. Length of class is 40mins.
Metcon Strength - A metabolic conditioning class focusing more on strength-based exercises whilst maintaining correct technique and the ability to move through the exercises at high intensity. Length of class is 40mins.
FLX Strong - Focusing on strength using your max weights in a slow and controlled class whilst concentrating on technique working all major muscle groups. Enough of a workout to raise your Heart Rate and more suited to an advanced gym member. Length of class 45mins.
FLX Push - A class of pairs style training where you share the workload while your partner will be your number one push. Longer sets but with a twist where you will be taking turns. Can be done as an individual as we will buddy you up or our coach will be your extra push.
B.A.T - (Butt, Abs, Thighs) - This class targets these areas with exercises that will tone, shape, and strengthen.
Cardio Core - A class combining exercises that will make you sweat and build your core strength.
FLX Fit - Full body workout using timings of 20 second work and 10 second rest. Length of class is 30mins.
FLXtreme - Combines traditional bodyweight exercises and cardio activity using HIIT training techniques. The aim is to boost your metabolism and get your heart rate pumping. Expect to be pushed. Duration is 40 minutes. Not suitable for beginners.
FLX Restore - a 45 min class to prevent injury, aid muscle recovery, reduce muscle soreness, improve flexibility leave you feeling more limber and relaxed.
Tabata - Full body workout using timings of 20 second work and 10 second rest. Length of class is 30mins.
BoxBasics - Compulsory if you are new to BoxFit or need to brush up on your technique. In this class we will slow things down and focus on technique for a longer portion of the class. This class is scheduled fortnightly.
BoxFit - This is a cardiovascular workout increasing stamina in the heart and lungs. Classes last between 45 mins to one hour and are for all levels of fitness. It is based on the training used for boxing so includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal, focusing on fitness and toning.
