My heart lies in guiding individuals towards their fitness aspirations, whether its in a lively group session or a personalised one-on-one experience. My devotion to this field sprouted from the transformative impact of my own personal trainer, who not only boosted my confidence but also nurtured a positive mindset. Outside of the fitness realm, I enjoy slowing things down through yoga, reconnecting with nature and the power of breath-work. However, don't be fooled - I'm equally at home in the intensity of a good sweaty session! You'll see me throughout the gym either coaching group classes, working up a sweat on a cardio machine, building some strength or upside down in a handstand with music blasting in my ears!
