Growing up, I was heavily involved in netball and waka ama and when I turned 15, I got my first gym membership. Ever since then, I have been training consistently and in the last couple years, I've taken up the sport of powerlifting. My goal as a trainer is to help whānau realise how beneficial movement is not only for the body, but for your overall wellbeing. I want to leave you with enough tools in your kit so that one day, you won't need me. For me, it's about more than just training someone. It's about educating, supporting, motivating, and helping people realise their potential. If you're willing to meet me halfway, I'm willing to go the extra mile for you. Your success is my success.
