My career began in Occupational Therapy, specialising in Neurology, Brain Injury, Mental Health in Older Adults, and Workplace Rehabilitation. My personal experience with significant menopausal symptoms prompted me to pursue specialised training in Menopause, aiming to support other women through this transformative phase of life. I'm dedicated to helping women in perimenopause and beyond to feel empowered and capable, encouraging them to embrace their best selves and tackle life's challenges head-on. I thrive on sharing knowledge, always seeking to understand the 'why' and 'how' of movement and our body physiology.
