My love for sport and movement in general, along with my enjoyment of helping others, made becoming a health and fitness coach a no-brainer for me. I discovered my passion for sport/exercise science and psychology at university, and I find so much fulfilment in using that knowledge to help my clients take control of their health and fitness. But my own fitness journey has not been straightforward. After rehabilitating injuries that kept me from activities I enjoy, I came to understand what a privilege it is to be able to move our bodies and how seeking support from experts takes the pressure off. You deserve to be and feel your best - but that’s not always easy. So, whether you want to perform everyday movements with ease, form healthy habits, reduce aches and pains, or excel at your sport; I will give you the guidance you need to achieve your goals.
