My own serious health journey has driven me to be able to provide support and guidance to both men and women to build resilience, feel empowered, fuel your body well and find the missing link in your health and fitness journey.
My approach goes beyond just workouts, I focus on sustainable habits, pushing comfort zones and making fitness fun and empowering. When I'm not coaching, I'm out on an adventure, riding my horses, cycling or training for whatever challenge comes next.
