Liam Kelly
Hi everyone, I’m Liam. Nutrition has been a core interest of mine for many years and I believe it is the foundation of health and wellbeing. I began studying biomedical science in Australia and learned that the greatest diseases affecting society are lifestyle-based, spurring my interest to study a Master of Science in Nutrition. I’ve also engaged in sports ranging from long distance running through to weightlifting. While sports nutrition is exciting, my hope is to work with Flex members to build well-rounded diets, and provide guidance to achieve personal goals. Longevity is something that should always be a factor.
