Exercise has always been a big part of my life. I competed in various sports growing up and always loved the challenge, both physically and mentally. I began working in the fitness industry over 5 years ago, working with 1:1 clients and group coaching. My goal is to help my clients feel strong both physically and mentally, challenging them to learn new skills that transfer throughout various areas of their lives.
I specialise in female and youth coaching, offering educational workshops in schools throughout Christchurch. I encompass a holistic approach with the intent to provide you with knowledge surrounding training for individual performance. Through the use of movement, I aim to empower individuals by giving them the tools to develop their unique skills and unleash their full potential.
