Hi, I’m Marcus and my role as a fitness professional began in 2016 as a CrossFit coach in Dunedin. This allowed me to hone my coaching skills and build real-life personal connections with members from all walks of life while studying. In 2019 as a new grad and day-one Highlanders supporter, I gingerly made the jump to Christchurch where I joined the Flex Fitness team as a personal trainer and started working with 1-on-1 clients.
As an eager young trainer, I wanted to help as many clients as I could reach their fitness goals, from helping young athletes prep for their season to helping grandparents keep up with their grandkids. Now, as a young dad with a family of his own, my goal is to help more people smash their goals not only inside the gym but also build the habits that will help them succeed outside of the gym.
