Fitness has changed my life in more ways than I thought possible. I will never forget the first day I walked into a gym, I was shy, nervous and had low self confidence. However I quickly fell in love with the journey, seeing myself change physically was exciting and motivated me. It was the positive mental changes though that really impacted my life. I gained more confidence in myself and my appearance, I felt more capable and motivated to push for more change and continue to grow in all aspects.
