With an extensive background in high level sports I'm excited to bring my experience in training to help you achieve your fitness goals. I have an extensive background in competitive competitive gymnastics going back almost 15 years where I won numerous national titles and represented New Zealand for the sport. Along with this I've been active in the gym setting for many years trying almost every form of training. With my years of experience my goal to to make achieving your goal as achievable as possible while making the process fun!!
