I’ve been in the fitness game for 9 years, have a diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, experience in strength & conditioning, PT and group fitness. I am passionate about creating a welcoming, results-driven environment for our members. My mission at FFNM is to help members achieve their fitness goals while fostering a strong sense of community within our club.

Outside of the gym catch me at your local run club, on the sports field or out for a hgw enjoying nature.
