Weightlifter David Liti is a two-time Commonwealth Games medalist and soon-to-be two-time Olympian as he prepares to compete in the 2024 Paris Olympic Summer Games.

David's down-to-earth nature, commitment to excellence and daily effort is something that aligns well with our brand. As a member and user of our Howick club our wider community and members get to see the work that goes into Olympic preparation regularly.

David was recently featured on New Zealand's evening current affairs program Seven Sharp. You learn more about his commitment and his journey and we were delighted that within this he also featured his time and training at Flex Fitness Howick.
