LEVELUP is a structured group fitness program purpose-built to “Level Up” your training and confidence like never before. Bringing the advantages of personal training into the group fitness environment, it creates an exciting environment where you can become the strongest, fittest, and leanest version of yourself. GROUP CYCLE combines music, visual effects and performance data. Feel the excitement rise as you pedal your way to new heights. You choose the intensity but be guided by the instructor. It's up to you to dial the effort up to get results or dial it back to recover.

our philosophy
The fundamental purpose of Level Up is to help individuals “move well” in their everyday lives. This starts with the basics of teaching users to move well, functionally, before progressing to moving well “under load” and then to moving well “under fatigue”.

Each week is broken down into four modalities and four classes split over seven training days. Each class has a specific session objective and stimulus that compliment each other to hit all fitness competencies each week.
