I am a Personal Trainer and Coach here at Flex Fitness Hastings, and hold a degree in Health, Sport, and Human Performance, double majoring in Human Performance Science and Coaching and Development, while currently furthering my knowledge by taking the J3 University, Level One Curriculum Coaching Course.
With over 4 years of experience coaching rugby at both school and regional levels and leading strength and conditioning programs for junior athletes, I’ve developed a passion for helping people reach their full potential. I’ve also competed in the IFBB Classic Physique division at both regional and national levels and have been coaching clients online for the past two years.
I specialise in bodybuilding prep, offseason training, weight loss, muscle building, and sports-specific training and nutrition. My approach is tailored to each individual’s goals, combining evidence-based methods with practical strategies to ensure long-term success.
