Hi, I’m Rach, and I help people become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. With a passion for strength and conditioning training, I believe it’s crucial that we move well and move often. My aim is to not only train my clients, but to also educate them to build knowledge, confidence and independence. My approach centres around the integration of compound lifts, free weights and other exercises that support functional movement, strength and muscle development, improved performance, and overall health and wellbeing. Mastering technique and learning how and why we need to move the body, builds the foundation for long-term success. I take a holistic approach to training, understanding that health extends beyond the gym walls. I'm dedicated to helping clients cultivate healthy habits in all areas of their life.
