My fitness journey began at a very young age, making many mistakes at the beginning. My fixation on helping women and the upcoming generations began in hopes that they do not make the same mistakes I did. My coaching journey began 4 years ago and straight out of high school I knew I wanted to be in the gym educating others. Over the last 2 years, I have ventured into the powerlifting world. In this time, I have competed in multiple competitions whilst introducing my own clients to novice competitions. During my time competing, I gained a tone of knowledge from my peers along with trial and error. I plan on continuing this education as the years go on. I have also worked with the youth for the last 8+ years while coaching cheerleading. As a result, I have learnt the importance of conditioning young athletes’ bodies to prevent them from injuries for the longevity of their sport.
