Hey, I’m Cindy. I began my own fitness journey around 9 years ago. Once I fell pregnant with my first child I was amazed at how much a woman’s physical and mental state could change. I began doing home workouts and walking up The Mount as a way of keeping my mental state healthy. I came to realise that I would love to help others on their own fitness journey, so completed my Certificate in Fitness level 4 & 5. My group fitness journey began 5 years ago and this is definitely my passion. You will find me in my happy place in the Group Training room. I love seeing people create healthy lifestyles through health and fitness, watching people change not only physically but mentally.
