Originally from Mount Maunganui and now based in Cambridge, I bring over 7 years of experience in the Fitness Industry. My journey has taken me through various gym environments, from coaching at multiple CrossFit gyms to training in diverse group fitness facilities. I’m passionate about functional and hybrid training, combining cardio and weightlifting to create well-rounded fitness programs that push clients to their full potential.
In my own training, I enjoy exploring multiple disciplines, from trail and road running to cycling, and I aim to instill that same variety and excitement in my clients’ routines and classes. I hold an Advanced Personal Training certification and a Level 2 CrossFit credential, with extensive experience in a wide range of group fitness training styles.
