First and foremost, I’m a husband and a dad these are my two biggest reasons for everything I do. My own fitness journey started at the opposite end of the spectrum.
I was morbidly obese lazy and to be honest just lost. With the support of friends, family, and later, a strong community, I turned things around and went on to compete internationally in both CrossFit and physique competitions. But the real game changer wasn’t the competitions or the results. it was the people, the journey and the community!
Group training gave me structure, accountability, and a support system that made showing up the easy part. It wasn’t just about lifting weights or hitting fitness goals; it was about building a stronger mindset, understanding nutrition, and surrounding myself with people who pushed me to be better in every aspect of life.
