From a young age, I have been immersed in a world of sporting opportunities. I have been in the sporting scene for the past decade, specialising in Pole vaulting and Rugby. Having trained with high performance athletes, I have gained a deep understanding of tailoring programs towards my sporting needs. Strength and conditioning is very important to me, as someone who has had his fair share of injuries. Rehabilitation and preventing reinjuries is also an area of expertise.
I employ a holistic approach to coaching, ensuring that I understand my clients’ needs and aspirations fully. By setting realistic goals, I create evidence-based programs that are sustainable. My mission is to educate, support, and inspire individuals on their fitness journeys, helping them become the best versions of themselves.
