Hi, I’m Tyson, a Trainer and Sales Consultant here at Flex Cambridge. I have a Level 4 Certificate in Exercise. My fitness journey consists of sport performance experience as I’ve represented Waikato and Northern Districts in multiple sports at a high level. As a result, I have a keen interest in sport-specific training. I’m knowledgeable and experienced as a Group Fitness Trainer and I strive to bring a high level of motivation and encouragement into my classes. As a Personal Trainer, I typically focus on strength and hypertrophy training, although I still work closely with my clients to personalize their training programs to suit their lifestyle and fitness goals. My motivation stems from the success of my clients and how they can develop into the best version of themselves. My goal is to be approachable, motivating, and to provide a hard-working environment for everyone.
